Since 2014, APO has produced 31.2 billion tobacco excise tax stamps for the Bureau of Internal Revenue. Excise tax stamps play an important role in ensuring that taxes are collected, illegal activities are deterred, public health and safety are protected, and transactions are conducted fairly and transparently.
