A lawyer who specializes in corporate and commercial transactions, corporate governance, project management and public administration. He has served in the Philippine Competition Commission, Office of the President of the Philippines and the House of Representatives of the Philippines.
Atty. Kyle Omar T. Viola
Corporate Secretary and General Counsel
A seasoned private practitioner who specializes in criminal, family, and property litigation. He also serves as corporate secretary and legal counsel to numerous corporations engaged in the business of real estate development, off-shore gaming, hotel and leisure, importation and exportation, petroleum, among others.
He graduated with a degree in Consular and Diplomatic Affairs at De La Salle – College of Saint Benilde and he garnered his Juris Doctor Degree at the Lyceum of the Philippines -College of Law.
Sharon H. Pinga
Corporate Treasurer
A Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience in external audit, business process outsourcing, and controllership.
She holds a degree in BS Accountancy from Saint Paul University Manila.
