He graduated with a degree in Industrial Management Engineering with a minor in Mechanical Engineering and finished his MBA studies at De La Salle University – Manila.

He is a customer-oriented General Manager with 25 years of experience in business development and organizational turnaround. He gained international recognition for developing and implementing the new e-Passport system for the Department of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Philippines during his first term at the APO Production Unit, Inc. He graduated from De La Salle University with a degree in Industrial Management Engineering.
